Frequently Asked Questions
How can I get an estimate?
We will be able to get back to you quicker if you are able to send us:
- An outline of the project
- Any dimensional room plans or architects drawings if you have these
- References to your preferred style and design
- Idea of budget
From your first enquiry we are happy to send a email outlining ball park figures for the project to get an initial idea of costs.
If you would like a full estimate and design this can be prepared after arranging a site visit with one of our designers.
At this point we can discuss the whole project and your requirements.
We aim to get a CAD design drawing and estimate to you within 2-3 weeks and will endeavour to get back to you sooner if we can.

How long does the Process take from Construction to installation?
The production process starts when the final design and specifications have been approved and signed off by the client. Typically a fitted kitchen takes 10 - 12 weeks for construction whereas a fitted bookcase takes 6 - 8 weeks, however these timings are always adapted for each project's specifications.
What does dry-fit Installation mean?
For appliances, we provide a dry-fit installation which means that our fitters will install the appliances into the bespoke cabinets, this includes fitting doors for any integrated appliances. However, with final connections, i.e. plumbing and electric services, these need to be undertaken by the client's appointed tradesmen as we are not certified to carry out electrical or plumbing connections.
Why is there an installation charge for appliances if they are dry fitted?
Our appliance installation charge includes ordering, delivering and fitting the appliance into the bespoke cabinetry, as well as removing any packaging waste.
However, please note that we do not remove old appliances.
